I developed the logo and brand identity for the 40 Under 40 awards program, created to roll out across all Business Journal markets nationwide. The design needed to be modern, distinctive, and adaptable, elevating the program while staying flexible for diverse regional audiences.
The system introduces two complementary style directions, giving each market the ability to align the look with their audience and venue while still maintaining one cohesive brand. This unified identity streamlines production for local design teams, ensures consistency across campaign materials and event collateral, and strengthens recognition of the 40 Under 40 program on a national scale.
